It has always been my family's aim that Wharfside specialises is not just solid wood furniture - but solid hardwood furniture from Europe. My father started Wharfside in 1962, importing superior furniture from Denmark, and it is a tradition I have carried with me to this day.
A number of times each year, we visit specialist European furniture fairs and factories - keenly looking to spot a new fantastic range of furniture. And this way we feel confident that our range stands high in a forest of furniture.
